We offer both residential and comercial rental properties in the greater Eureka area. If you have needs for sale or purchase of real estate, we may help you with that as well. This web site is primarily focused on rental, for sales information, feel free to contact the office and we would be happy to help you.

Here is how our company works. First identify a property that you are interested in. Please drive bye the property before setting up a showing, as viewing the neighborhood is the first step in deciding if you will pursue the rental or not.

The next step is to submit an application with us and we will be happy to set up a showing.

At the showing, you may ask any question you like, and if at the end of the showing, if you like the unit, then you may pay a $20 application fee. We then process your application and get you an answer hopefully within three to four business days.

We are often asked about renting sight un-seen. We do not subscribe to the belief that this can work. Therefore, all applicants need to be met face to face and see the inside of the unit in question. Thank you for understanding our policy.
