Professional Property & Consolidated Management are a Full Service property management company servicing all of Humboldt County.

Ted Loring, Jr. brings over thirty five years experience in property management and transactional real estate to his job as President and CEO of Professional Property Management. He is the only Certified Property Manager working north of Santa Rosa and has been selected as Realtor of the Year by both local and state Realtor associations. As a consultant on strategic and business planning, he continues to work with firms, governmental entities and non-profits from Maine to Hawaii. Locally he mediates contract disputes. Currently he serves as a director for a number of organizations including both State and National Realtor associations, a state-wide multiple listing service and a number of local non-profit boards.

 

Harley Smith was born and raised in Humboldt County and has spent all of his adult life working in the housing industry. Prior to obtaining his Real Estate Salesperson license in 1980, he worked in the construction industry for four years. After working for three years as a property manager, he obtained his Brokers license and started Professional Property Management Company in 1983. As a result of focusing on only property management and leasing, the business has continued to grow. Harley has been a member of the Rotary Club of Eureka for over fifteen years. He has served on community task forces and other civic organizations.

 

Sheila Bearden has been a real estate licensee and manager with PPM since November 1989. She has worked in the management field for more than twenty-five years. She manages client and tenant relations, handles Unlawful Detainers, oversees human resources and directs office administration. Sheila is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Honored as the 2003 Realtor of the Year by the Humboldt Association of Realtors for outstanding service to the real estate profession and to the community. She is active with the association and serves as the chairperson of the Equal Opportunity Cultural Diversity committee and a member of the Budget & Finance committee. Business member of the Eureka Chamber of Commerce, and the Northcoast Employers Advisory Council.
