Here is how the application process works. First identify a property that you are interested in. Please drive by the property before setting up a showing, as viewing the location is the first step in deciding if you will pursue the rental or not. Please do not disturb occupants or the premises.
The next step is to submit an application with us, and if the property is vacant, we will be happy to set up a showing. Rentals are shown by appointment only.
Units are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make any corrections regarding the information provided on this FREE listing.
The initials (w&g pd) indicates water and garbage are included in the rent. The money amounts listed reflect $rent,$deposit. (OTM) means listed on the market for sale. Fa/ng heat indicates forced air/natural gas heat. The "VACANT" date indicates the date the unit is to be vacant; it does not mean it is ready to occupy.

Application forms can be downloaded and printed from this website and can be faxed, mailed or handed in to our office. If you wish for us to process your application, we will ask you to pay a $20 non-refundable processing/credit report fee.
